The Installation Meeting of Arter Chapter didn't quite go according to plan!

With absences through work commitments and illness, it was only possible to install one of the three principals.

E Comp I Sutter installed E Comp F K Minwalla PGADC as 'Z' in an excellent manner.

The provincial principals, therefore, had slightly more work to do than usual, including at the festive board, but they rose to the occasion!
