With only 8 Members of the Chapter present, joined by 1 Visitor and the Provincial team led by E. Comp. Michael D Cox, PGSwdB, Dep G. Supt. and accompanied by E. Comp's Derek Owen, PGStB and Keith Evans, PGStdB as 2nd and 3rd Provincial Grand Principals the Chapter had what can best be described as a mixed fortune Installation Convocation given that the elected 2nd and 3rd Principals were unfortunately absent due to bereavement and work requiremnents.  This led to our Third Provincial Grand Principal conducting the Induction of the Chapter J, and the Acting Second Provincial Grand Principal presenting the address to the Blue Robe both of whom had no notice to prepare but still gave excellent deliveries. The Third Provincial Grand Principal then conducted a superb Supreme Grand Chapter presentation. The final member of the Provincial Team, the Acting Provincial DC, E. Comp. Alan Bolton, ProvDGDC, ensured that the work in the Chapter Room and later at the Festive Board was conducted in true Provincial fashion. This is another Chapter who need to find Exaltees to ensure they remin viable.
