The next Regular Convocation of the Chapter will be held at theMasonic Hall, Swan Lane, Evesham, WR11 4PD on the date shown.
The main items of Business are:
a) Pay respect to Departed Merit.-Ex Comp Neville Moores Andrews PPrGSN , PZ of Avon Chapter 3569 ,who passed to the Grand Chapter Above on 9th Dec. 2023.
b) Pursuant of the Provisions of Reg.48 R A M, B O C, and subject to no member calling for a ballot, the MEZ will declare Ex Comp B P Newbury PPrGStB be elected “ Z “, Ex.Comp.P W Emmerson be elected “H”and Comp. S J Taylor be elected “J” for the ensuing year.
c) Pursuant to the Provisions of Reg.48 R A M, B O C, subject to no calling for a ballot, the MEZ will declare Ex.Comp A J Munro PPrGSN Treasurer for the ensuing year.
d) To resolve that the remaining Officers of the Chapter for the ensuing year, will be appointed by the duly elected Principles.
e) To conduct such other elections as may be required.
f) To ballot for, as a candidate for Exaltation, Bro Jason Christian Fretter a Master Mason of Avon Lodge 3569, initiated 18th Nov 2019 and raised10th Oct 2022, Proposed by Ex Comp P W Emmerson and seconded by Ex Comp A J Munro.
g) To Exalt Bro Jason Christian Fretter ,subject to a satisfactory ballot .
