On Thursday 16th September some 14 Companions attended the Installation Convocation of the Chapter at Kings Heath Masonic Hall. The Provincial Team comprised the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent accompanied by E. Comp. Ian Fothergill acting as Second Provicial Grand Principal and with E. Comp. Keith Evans in his role as the Third Provincial Grand Principal, ably eacorted by E. Comp. Paul Webber, 3 Visitors and 2 Provincial Officers.

Thanks to the MEGS latest initiative, Project Restart, E.Comp. Mark Wainwright filled the role of MEZ due to the current MEZ having resigned. He did a first class job including taking the Chair at the Festive Board. It proved to be an interesting Convocation with great support from the Visitors filling in offices as required.

E. Comp. Rob Harris was Installed as Z and Frank Sadio as H. Unfortunately Comp. Mark Babbington was unable to attend and will be Installed as J at the next Convocation.

The Chapter has 3 Candidates in the pipeline and the members have a determination to rebuild the Chapter back to where it was when it celebrated it's Centenary just 3 years ago.
