The 337th Regular Convocation of the Chapterwill be at the James S Webb Freemasonry Centre, Victoria Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1SP. on the date shown.
The main items of business on the Agena are:
a) To read extracts of the minutes of the Regular Meeting in February 1954.
b) To present a Supreme Grand Chapter Certificate to Comp Barrie Aldridge, Derek Elwell and Joseph Baldwin if present.
c) To Ballot for as a candidate for exaltation, Bro Andrew David Bigham Raised on 28/2/21 from Stability Llodge 564. Proposed on 16/11/23 by E Comp M Bayliss and seconded by E Comp A W Edwards.
d) To receive the Historic and Symbolic Lectures.
e) In accordance with Statute 48, (BoC), there being no other nominations and unless a Ballot is called for, to Declare the Three Principals for the ensuing year:- ‘MEZ’ E Comp A John Yeates; ‘H’ – E Comp E.Salsby; and ‘J’ – Comp R Macey and Treasurer E Comp A R Edwards.
To conduct such other Elections as may be required.
