A grant of £4,000 from Worcestershire Freemasons was presented to the Midlands Air Ambulance at Strensham by R. W. Bro Robert Vaughan, Provincial Grand Master. This amount has brought the total Masonic support given to air ambulances across the country to over £2.3 million since 2007.

A further £3000 cheque from the Lottery Fund was presented by W Bro Derek Taylor CM.

Later the same day the presentation party travelled to Worcester to present a Lottery funded £3000 cheque to Acorn Hospice.
