It is with great sadness and regret that we write to report the "Passing to the Grand Chapter Above" of E. Comp. Alan Granville Wright, TD, JP, PPrGSN.

Alan celebrated his 100th Birthday last August and we took pride in sharing his pictures of that day with you, including his telegram from HM The Queen.

A Freemason of great standing in the Province of Worcestershire in a number of Orders, holding senior rank in them all. Eventually having to resign from them when he moved into a Care Home in Yorkshire to be close to his family. He became an Honorary Member of his Mother Chapter, Bordesley Abbey, 4495.

To his daughter Nicky we send our heartfelt condolences and may Alan now Rest in Eternal Peace.
