We are sad to report the Passing to the Grand Chapter Above of E. Comp. Dilwyn Bowen, PAGDC an Honorary Member of Lapal Chapter 6031 on 10th December.

Dilwyn was well known in a number of Orders stationed at Halesowen and held both Senior rank and Honorary Membership in them all. May he now Rest in Peace.
