Following on from our announcement yesterday we are delighted to provide his daughter Nicky's report and photographs on Alan's Birthday Celebrations. "It was a lovely time yesterday celebrating Alan’s Birthday, I was allowed to be with him for a while in the afternoon and help him open the many cards, emails and e-cards he had received. It was at the moment he was opening the birthday card from the Queen, that he realised what all the fuss was about.
