Companions, due to renovation work being conducted in College Hall at the Kings School,Worcester it has been necessary to change the venue for this years Annual General Convocation. 

This meeting will now take place at Kings Heath Masonic Hall on the same date, Wednesday 1st September. 

The Provincial Grand Scribe Ezra will be sending out the necessary Summons and accompanying documentation including a REPLY SLIP in the near future. It is imperative that you return this by the date indicated if you wish to attend. This is essential due to the restricted numbers that can be accomodated. NO SLIP, NO ENTRY.
