The Most Excellent Grand Superintendent will open a restricted attendance (Rule of 6), Annual General Convocation at the Kidderminster Masonic Hall, Offmore Lane, Kidderminster on Thursday 1st October at 1100, to conduct such business as is required, which will include confirmation of the Minutes of the April 2019 Convocation, to receive and where necessary adopt the reports from the Provincial Grand Scribe E, the Provincial Grand Treasurer and the Provincial Grand Registrar, to re-appoint, elect and appoint such Provincial Officers as required and to confirm the Appointments and Promotions within Provincial Grand Rank for the current year.
