To receive the Mystical Lecture.
To Ballot for, as an Hororary Member of the Chapter, E.Comp. John Stanhope Rogers, P.Prov.G.S.N. (MEZ 1997) proposed at the last Regular Convocation held on 1st December 2023 by E.Comp. M. A. Charsley and seconded by E.Comp. C. M. Henderson.
To elect the Three Principals and the Treasurer for the ensuing year.
Pursuant to the Provisions of Rule 48, Royal Arch Regulations, and subject to no other member being qualified having indicated to Scribe E that he wishes to be considered, and if no member present calls for a ballot, MEZ will declare the following elected:-
As First Principal - E.Comp. M. J. G. Fearnley
As Second Principal - E.Comp. J. W. Bibby
As Third Principal - Comp. T. A. J. Roberts
and as Treasurer - E.Comp. P. M. J. Senior
To elect the Janitor for the ensuing year.
To empower the Principals elect to appoint the remaining officers.
To hear extracts from the Minutes of 50 years ago.
12. To hear E.Comp. M. A. Charsley (MEZ) propose in accordance with the Notice of Motion given at the last Regular Convocation held on 7th December 2023 that the Chapter grants £400 to the charity monies being raised by the IPZ in aid of Combat Stress.
