Any Chapter who wished to lay claim to the Sceptre needs to book in with the Chapter Scribe E:
bernardcallow@talktalk.net to request a Summons and Book in. Remember a minimum of 3 Companions from a Chapter must be in attendance. In the event of their being more than 1 Chapter qualifying it will be the Chapter with the newest Exaltee in attendance.
