Some 22 Companions were in attendance at the meeting but unfortunately the MEZ Elect was unable to attend. It was an unusual occassion given that only the MEGS and Prov. DC were in attendance as the Provincial Team.

The MEGS made an on the floor Appointment to E. Comp. Roger Wikins as a ProvGStwd and then presented a Supreme Grand Chapter Certificate to Comp. Adam Connor.

At the Festive Board the Alms collection amounted to £110+ Gift Aid and is to be matched funded by the Province and donated to St. Pater's Church, Bromyard.
