On Monday 14th October the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, E. Comp. John M Phenix, will make the inaugural presentation to the MEZ of Brandwood Chapter which will, we hope, commence a worthwhile future historic tradition in the Province.

Any Chapter within the Province can lay claim to acquiring the Sceptre by visiting the holding Chapter with a delegation of at least 3 Members.

The first opportunity to do this will be at Brandwood's next Regular Meeting on Monday 9th December at Kings Heath.
