Sadly only two members of the Chapter were present for this, their final Convocation, and it was perhaps no surprise that these two Companions were E. Comp's. Bill Howarth and Martin Hardeman. It was also pleasing to see E, Comp. Peter James a former member in attendance.

With a strong team from the Province comprising the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, E. Comp. John M Phenix, the Second and Third Provincial Grand Principals, E. Comp's John Yeate;, also acting as the Presiding Officer;  and Keith Evans, the Provincial DC and Second Provincial Grand Principal Elect, Tim Jones and his successor Alan Bolton, acting as Provincial DC for the evenong, together with a galaxy of Provincial Officers including the Provincial Scribe E, E. Comp. Brian Harper and the Past Deputy Grand Superintendant, E. Comp. Mike Taylor. 

The evening in the Temple concluded with the Presiding Officer receiving the Chapter's Charter in a fitting and moving manner and some very well chosen words for a Chapter which had been Consecrsted some 103 years before on 3rd October 1918.
