This is a significant Convocation in the history of this, the oldest Chapter in the Province, and the first to be held in their new home, the James S Webb Freemasonry Centre, Stourbridge, following the closure of Wellington Road, Dudley.

The Agenda requires that the members vote to amend the By Laws in regard to both place and dates of Convocations and also includes Ballots for a Joining and Re-Joing Member, the elections and Installation of the Principals and the appointment and investiture of Officers.
