“The Chapter of the Round Table met on 13 July as temperatures were peaking at 30c. This was the chapters penultimate meeting before handing back its Warrant on 20th September 2022. After the relevant dispensation's were read Excellent Companion Robert Fernyhough, Excellent Companion Michael Bunn, an Excellent Companion James Cooper were proclaimed by the Deputy Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, Excellent Companion Paul Webber as the three principles of the chapter for the ensuing year. 

Four companions of the chapter were present together with magnificent support from provincial officers both past and present. 

Despite the obvious sadness of the evening the meeting was conducted with all appropriate dignity and in good humour.”
