It is with much sadness that we have to report the Passing to the Grand Chapter Above of E. Comp. Framz Minwalla, PAGDC, the current MEZ and Senior Past First Principal of Arter Chapter C2654. He held the Office of MEZ on 5 occasions, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2018 and for the Centenary Year of the Chapter which they celebrated in December 2019.

A much loved and respected Companion by all who knew him. We send our sincere Condolences to the family.

May he now Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory.
