On Thursday 21st November some 25 Companions including the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, E. Comp. John M Phenix, escorted by E. Comp. A > C Bolton, ProvDepDC convened at Rainbow Hill to witness the Exaltation of W. Bro. Ian Gane, a young 85 year old. Proving Companions that it is never too late to commence on the completion of the journey through Ancient Freemasonry.

The MEZ, E. Comp. Noel Nicholls, assisted by the Escorting Officer acting as Principal Sojourner, conducted a first class ceremony.

This Chapter, which had been in the doldrums, has been enlivened by its amalgamation with Wyche Chapter and they are anticipating another Exaltee for their February Convocation.
